Installation of two rooms
A dark room and a white room are connected through a peephole. Visitors can see the people on the other site framed through it, either „over-exposed“ from perspective of the dark room or „under-exposed“ if they look through it from the white room. In any case the visitor becomes an image for another visitor. Both rooms are connected with a corridor which makes a walk possible.

黑与白 (BLACK and WHITE)
美国当代著名诗人Claudia Rankine，在其新作”Citizen: an American lyric" 中尖锐地指出“我感觉自己最黑的时刻，是在我起身对着一个白色背景的时刻”。
作品黑与白 (BLACK and WHITE)构建了一黑一白两个空间，一扇门，让人们选择进入和走出；一扇窗口，凿在墙上，身处不同空间的人们能够透过窗口相互窥望。“窗口”成为了捕捉瞬时的镜头，它切割了时间，流动的场景在此定格。身处黑色房间的人们，在白色背景的映衬下看到的场景比任何时刻都要鲜烈；而反之，身处白色房间，透过窗口观望黑色的空间，除非以极近的距离靠近窗口，借助白色空间的光亮，方能看到黑色空间中的些许人影。
对历史的一种解释，是 “ ‘白纸黑字’式的事实”。黑与白之间，带着政治的寓意，同时显示着政治上的对立。“书籍大多是黑色的字印在白色的纸上。黑与白的关系决定了我们在不知不觉中的思考方式” （Claudia Rankine）。
这里，作品提供了两种相互之间的观望方式，它们是平行的，同时进行的，也是摄影学意义上正反两项彼此对立的。它以极度视觉化和亲身介入的方式，提示了用另一种角度观察和思考事实的可能性。
